No, you can easily place an order as a guest without creating an account. However, creating an account helps you track your orders faster and stay updated on our latest launches.
An Order ID is a unique reference number generated automatically when you successfully place an order. You can use this ID to track your shipment or for any support queries.
If a desired fragrance is out of stock, it is usually restocked within one week. You can stay tuned to our website or social media for updates.
Yes, you can cancel your order for a full refund only before it is dispatched from our facility. Once dispatched, orders cannot be cancelled or modified.
Payments & Cash on Delivery (COD)
We accept all major secure payment methods including Credit/Debit Cards, UPI, NetBanking, and Cash on Delivery (COD).
It is 100% secure. All online transactions are processed through highly trusted and encrypted third-party payment gateways. We do not store your credit/debit card or banking information on our servers.
Yes, Cash on Delivery (COD) is available across most PIN codes in India, excluding certain high-risk zones prone to a high rate of return (RTO).
Yes, a nominal convenience fee of ₹30 is applied to all Cash on Delivery (COD) orders.
If a COD order is dispatched and the customer refuses to accept it at the doorstep, KAVIOR reserves the right to permanently block the customer's account and disable the COD option for all future purchases.
Shipping & Delivery
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via WhatsApp, Email, and SMS. You can use this link to monitor the real-time status of your delivery.
Orders are processed and dispatched from Monday to Saturday from our Surat, Gujarat facility. Standard delivery across PAN India takes 5 to 6 business days.
While we currently do not offer a separate express shipping option, we process our orders quickly so that they reach you within the standard timeframe of 5 to 6 business days.
We offer Free Premium Delivery on all orders of ₹599 and above. For orders under ₹599, a flat shipping charge of ₹60 is applied.
Address changes are only possible before the order is dispatched. Once the parcel leaves our facility, the delivery address cannot be modified under any circumstances.
Yes, absolutely. To ensure the secure handover of your premium fragrance, all deliveries require a mandatory OTP verification at the doorstep. The parcel will not be handed over without it.
All KAVIOR products are securely packed in our premium branded boxes, safely covered in bubble wrap and a protective outer plastic layer to ensure they reach you in pristine condition.
Currently, we only ship within India. We do not offer international shipping at this moment.
Returns, RTO & Refunds
Due to strict hygiene protocols and the personal care nature of perfumes, we follow a strict "No Return/No Exchange" policy for change of mind or dislike of fragrance.
In the rare event of damage or wrong item delivery, you must contact our Support Team on the very same day of delivery with a mandatory uncut unboxing video.
Yes. A clear, uncut unboxing video showing the original packaging, shipping label, and the issue is strictly mandatory. No claims will be processed without it.
Claims must be reported on the exact same day the delivery is marked successful. Late claims from the next day onwards will not be entertained.
No. Fragrance preference is highly subjective. For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns once the product is delivered and the seal is opened.
For Prepaid Orders that are returned to origin (RTO) due to an incorrect address or the customer being unreachable, a flat shipping deduction of ₹60 will be made before refunding the remaining balance. If you request re-shipping, a fee of ₹80 applies. (Note: Refusing a COD Order at the doorstep will result in an account block).
For prepaid orders, approved refunds are credited back to the original payment source within 5-7 business days.
Bank refunds are not issued for COD orders. Instead, the full approved amount will be provided as KAVIOR Store Credit (Coupon Code), valid for 1 year.

For the best performance, spray the perfume on your pulse points (wrists, neck, and inner elbows) from a distance of 5-7 inches. Applying it on well-moisturized skin immediately after a shower helps lock in the fragrance longer. Do not rub your wrists together.
