Shipping & Delivery Policy

At KAVIOR, we are committed to delivering your premium fragrances to your doorstep safely, efficiently, and securely. All orders are meticulously packed and dispatched from our primary facility in Surat, Gujarat.

Dispatch & Delivery Timeline

We partner with top-tier, trusted courier services to ensure your signature scents reach you on time.

  • Dispatch Hours: Orders are processed and dispatched from Monday to Saturday.
  • Delivery Timeline: Once dispatched, orders are typically delivered across PAN India within 5 to 6 business days.

Shipping Charges

We offer transparent and straightforward shipping rates for our customers:

  • Orders under ₹599 incur a flat delivery charge of ₹60.
  • Orders of ₹599 and above qualify for Free Premium Delivery across India.

Receiving Your Order (OTP Mandatory)

To ensure the absolute security of your premium fragrances, all our deliveries are strictly OTP-verified.

  • At the time of delivery, you will receive a One Time Password (OTP) on your registered mobile number.
  • You must share this valid OTP with the delivery executive to successfully receive your package.
  • Under no circumstances will the parcel be handed over without the correct OTP.
  • If you are unavailable, ensure your authorized receiver (family member/neighbor) has access to this OTP. KAVIOR holds no responsibility for any loss or damage once the package is successfully delivered using the verified OTP.

Address Accuracy & Failed Deliveries (RTO)

Please ensure that you provide a complete and accurate shipping address along with an active contact number.

  • If a delivery fails because the customer provided an incorrect/incomplete address, or if the customer is unreachable after multiple attempts by the courier, the parcel will be Returned to Origin (RTO).
  • In such cases, if the customer requests re-shipping, a flat re-shipping fee of ₹80 will be applicable.
  • For prepaid orders that are RTO and subsequently cancelled by the customer, a deduction of ₹80 (towards forward and return courier charges) will be made before initiating the refund.
  • Address Modification: Once an order has been dispatched from our facility, the delivery address cannot be changed or modified under any circumstances.

Defects, Shortages & Transit Damages (Strict Policy)

We take extraordinary care in packaging your products. However, if you receive a defective bottle, a damaged parcel, or find an item missing, you must adhere to the following strict guidelines:

  • Same-Day Reporting: You must report the issue to our Support Team on the very same day of delivery.
  • No Late Claims: KAVIOR will strictly not entertain or accept any complaints regarding defects, damages, or missing items from the next day onwards.
  • Mandatory Evidence: A clear, uncut unboxing video of the sealed package is mandatory to process any claims. Claims submitted without a valid unboxing video will be immediately rejected.

Unforeseen Delays

While we strive to meet our 5-6 days delivery timeline, KAVIOR is not legally liable for delays caused by unforeseen circumstances such as natural calamities, extreme weather conditions, nationwide strikes, or courier network disruptions.
