Refund & Return Policy

At KAVIOR, we are committed to providing you with an exceptional and luxury fragrance experience. To maintain the highest standards of hygiene and quality, our return and refund policies are structured strictly as follows:

1. Return & Exchange Eligibility

Perfumes fall under the personal care category. For strict hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges for "change of mind" or "dislike of the fragrance" once the product has been delivered, opened, or the seal is broken.

We only accept return or replacement requests under the following extreme circumstances:

  • The product received is physically broken or damaged.
  • There is severe leakage during transit.
  • An incorrect product was delivered to you.
  • Items are missing from your order.

2. Mandatory Claim Process (Same-Day Rule)

If your order falls under the eligible conditions mentioned above, you must adhere to our strict claim guidelines:

  • Same-Day Reporting: You must contact our Support Team on the very same day of delivery. Claims raised from the next day onwards will not be accepted.
  • Open-Packaging Video (Strictly Mandatory): A clear, uncut unboxing video of the sealed package is mandatory. The video must clearly show the original packaging, shipping label, and the exact issue (damage/missing item) while opening the parcel. Without this uncut video, no refund or replacement will be authorized.
  • Free Reverse Pickup: For approved damage or missing item claims, KAVIOR will arrange a free reverse pickup and bear the entire cost of return shipping.

3. Refund Policy & Timelines

If your return claim is verified and approved, refunds will be processed based on your original payment method:

  • Prepaid Orders: The approved refund amount will be credited back to your original payment source (Card/UPI/NetBanking). Please allow 5 to 7 business days for the amount to reflect in your bank account.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: No bank refunds are issued for COD orders. Instead, the full approved amount will be issued to you as KAVIOR Store Credit (Coupon Code), valid for 1 year for future purchases.

4. Cancellation & Failed Deliveries (RTO Policy)

We understand that you may occasionally need to cancel an order. Please note our cancellation and delivery failure terms:

  • Before Dispatch: You can cancel your order for a full refund before it leaves our warehouse.
  • Failed Delivery (RTO Deduction): If a delivery fails due to customer negligence (e.g., unreachable after 3 attempts, incorrect address provided, or refusal to accept the parcel), it will be Returned to Origin (RTO). For prepaid orders, a deduction of ₹60 (Shipping Charge) plus ₹30 (RTO Handling Charge) will be made, and the remaining balance will be refunded.
  • Account Block for COD Refusals: If a COD order is dispatched and the customer refuses to accept it at the doorstep or cancels it post-dispatch, KAVIOR reserves the right to permanently block the customer's account and disable the COD option for all future orders.

5. Secure OTP Delivery & Claims

To guarantee the safety of your premium orders, all KAVIOR deliveries require a mandatory One Time Password (OTP) verification at the doorstep.

  • Because the parcel cannot be handed over without the correct OTP from your registered mobile number, claims stating "Order marked as delivered but not received" will not be entertained under any circumstances.

6. Skin Sensitivity Disclaimer

Our fragrances are crafted using high-quality active natural extracts and ingredients. However, personal skin sensitivities vary.

  • We highly recommend performing a patch test on your wrist before full application.
  • KAVIOR is not liable for any allergic reactions or skin irritations, and refunds or returns will not be processed for issues arising from personal sensitivities or improper application.
