Refund & Return Policy

Welcome to the official Refund and Return Policy for KAVIOR. We believe in complete transparency. Please read our guidelines below to understand how we process damages, RTOs (Return to Origin), and refunds.

1. Damaged Products (100% Full Refund)

We pack our luxury fragrances with extreme care, but if your product gets damaged during transit, you are fully covered. If you receive a broken bottle or leaked product, we will provide a Full Refund or a free replacement.

  • Mandatory Proof: To claim this full refund, a clear, uncut video of your first-time parcel opening is strictly mandatory.
  • The video must clearly capture the sealed shipping bag, the label, and the actual unboxing process showing the damage. Claims without a valid first-time opening video will be straightaway rejected.
  • Damage claims must be reported on the exact same day of delivery.

2. Failed Deliveries & RTO (Deductions Apply)

If a parcel is returned to our warehouse (RTO) because you were not available, refused to accept it, or provided an incorrect address, strict deductions will apply to both Prepaid and COD orders.

  • Deduction Formula: We will deduct ₹60 (Shipping Charge) + ₹30 (Handling Charge) + Any Discounts applied at checkout.
  • Final Refund Amount = Total Order Value minus (-) the above deductions. You will only receive this remaining balance.

3. Reshipping an RTO Parcel

If your order was returned to us due to a failed delivery, but you still want the product, we can dispatch it again. However, you will have to pay a separate shipping charge in advance for this second delivery attempt. Free shipping will not apply to reshipped RTO orders.

4. How Will You Receive Your Refund?

Depending on how you placed the order, your eligible refund (Full for damages, or Partial for RTOs) will be issued as follows:

  • Prepaid Orders: The calculated refund amount will be directly reversed to your original bank account, credit card, or UPI within 5 to 7 business days.
  • COD (Cash on Delivery) Orders: We do not issue bank transfers or cash refunds for COD orders. The calculated refund amount will be issued exclusively as KAVIOR Store Credit. You can use this credit code to make future purchases on our website.

5. Non-Returnable Hygiene Items

Fragrances are intimate personal care products. To maintain absolute safety and hygiene for all our customers, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • "Change of mind" once the parcel is opened.
  • Disliking the scent after the product seal has been broken.
