4. Shipping, Hygiene & OTP Delivery (Strict Guidelines)

As a luxury fragrance brand, we maintain strict operational standards to guarantee product authenticity and safety for all our customers:

• Mandatory OTP Delivery: To ensure absolute secure handovers, all deliveries require a valid OTP verification at your doorstep. Parcels will not be handed over without the correct OTP from your registered mobile number.
• Hygiene & Non-Returnable Nature: Due to the personal care nature of perfumes, our products are strictly non-returnable for reasons such as "change of mind" or "dislike of fragrance." Returns or replacements are only accepted for damaged, leaked, or incorrect items reported on the same day of delivery with a mandatory uncut unboxing video.

5. Limitation of Liability

Your use of our website and products is at your sole risk. To the maximum extent permitted by law, KAVIOR shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages arising from your use of any of our services or products, including any allergic reactions or skin sensitivities.
